Paint to thinner. If it cobwebs, thin further

- Start unthinned. If it bubbles or drags, add a little thinner
Precautions
- Glowing requires exposure to UV light (sunlight or a UV lamp).
- For the best glow, paint over a white base coat. We recommend a Glow Neon film thickness of 20 μm or more.
- The color samples were charged in sunlight for 5 minutes.
- The "glows under light" color samples are lit with a black light.
